Dangi Developers Private Limited is located at number 406 in Village Badayala Mataji. It’s a bit out of the main city, but that’s where the land is. We spend a lot of our time looking at fields and maps. Developing land in a village setting is different from the city; you have to know the local ways and the soil. Our office is quite simple, just a room with some chairs and a big table for laying out maps. We don’t have air conditioning that works all the time, but we have a good breeze coming through the windows. The people in Badayala Mataji know us well. We aren’t trying to change everything overnight. We just take one project at a time. It’s a lot of walking around in the sun and talking to folks about what they need. Sometimes the paperwork takes forever, but that’s just part of dealing with land. We keep our overheads low so we can just focus on the development. It’s a quiet life compared to the urban centers, but we like it that way. We have a couple of old trucks and some surveying equipment. We aren't fancy, just honest workers trying to do right by the land we are developing. If you come by 406, we can usually find a chair for you. The dogs in the village usually sleep under our trucks when it gets hot. We have to check before we drive off.
