City Home Ventures Llp

Our office for City Home Ventures Llp is tucked away inside the Hotel Residency Palace at 3 A7. It’s right behind Senapati Bhawan in the High Court Colony. It’s a bit of an unusual spot for a developer's office, being in a hotel building, but it actually works out quite well for us. The High Court Colony is a pretty well-known area, so most people don't have a hard time finding where we are. We spend our time here dealing with the various details of city housing. It’s a lot of back-and-forth with different departments and making sure the ventures we started are actually moving forward. Working behind Senapati Bhawan means it’s relatively easy to give directions to people. We aren't into those glossy brochures or making everything sound like it's from a movie. We’re just a group of people working out of a hotel room converted into an office. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of blueprints spread out on the tables, but we make it work. The staff at the residency are nice enough, and it feels like a little community. We’ve been here a while now and we don’t have plans to move anytime soon. It’s a practical location for the kind of work we do. We just keep our heads down and try to finish what we started without too many complications from the outside world.
