We are located in a basement at Tulsi Marg D-227 in Bani Park. It stays a bit cooler down here during the summer months, which is a relief for us. The space is mostly filled with old files and a couple of wooden desks. We spend most of our time coordinating with local guides and transport people. It’s a lot of talking on the phone and sending messages back and forth. We started this because we liked traveling ourselves, but now we spend all our time helping other people do it. The street upstairs is usually pretty busy with rickshaws and cars. Sometimes it is hard to find a place to park nearby. We’ve been in the Bani Park area for many years now. It’s a central spot for visitors. We handle all sorts of requests, from simple taxi rides to the airport to longer tours across the state. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. If we do a good job, people eventually tell their friends. That’s how we keep the business going. It’s not a fancy life. We work long hours, especially during the winter when everyone wants to go away at the same time. There are always little problems to solve, like a hotel booking missing or a train being late. We just try to fix things as they happen. We’re just regular people trying to run a decent place. It's just hard work every day.
