Our office is located at 76 Hawa Sarak on Swadhin Marg. If you know Jaipur, you know Hawa Sarak can get incredibly busy with traffic at almost any hour. We’ve been operating from this spot for quite some time now. It’s a busy little office because there’s always something going on with bookings or drivers calling in to report their locations. We have a few maps on the wall and a lot of diaries where we scribble down notes about trips and schedules. It’s not the most organized looking place, but it works for us. The tea guy comes by twice a day, and that’s usually when we take a small break. Most of the day is spent handling phone calls and trying to coordinate things for people traveling. It gets a bit loud when everyone is talking at once, but that’s just the nature of the travel business. We don’t have a big fancy storefront with neon lights, just a simple door and a sign. Sometimes people stop by just to ask for directions because of where we are located. We try to help them out if we aren't too swamped. The floor is a bit scuffed from all the foot traffic over the years. We just focus on keeping the vehicles moving and making sure the paperwork is sorted out for the next day's departures. It’s tiring but it keeps us busy and the day goes by fast.
