CHOUDHARY INFRA PROJECTS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED

This is an OPC, which means it’s a one-person company, but there’s usually a couple of us around to help out. Our office is at H.No. 73 B/L 04 in Pragati Nagar, which is part of Udhyan Vihar. It’s a residential-style setup, which makes the whole thing feel very personal. We don’t have a big staff or a fancy building with a name in lights. It’s just a house where we do our infrastructure project work. Being in Udhyan Vihar is nice because it’s a bit calmer than the main city center. We handle everything from here—the planning, the billing, and talking to the people on the sites. It can be a lot of work for a small setup, and there are days when the phone doesn't stop ringing. We try to keep things simple and honest. If a project is going to be late, we just say so. There’s no point in making up excuses. The space we work in is cozy, maybe a bit too small when we have visitors, but we make it work with what we have. We’ve got a small porch where we sometimes sit to get some fresh air. It’s a humble way to run a business, but it suits us just fine. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big office; we just want to do the work properly and keep the clients satisfied.
