Chopra Buildhome Private Limited

Chopra Buildhome Private Limited is over at 47A/B Vivek Vihar in Lalarpura. It is a pretty quiet neighborhood compared to some of the busier parts of the city. We have our office set up here and it feels more like a home than a workspace sometimes. We have been building houses for quite a few years now, and most of our work is right here in the local vicinity. We like being close to the projects because it makes it easier to pop over and check on the progress of the brickwork or the roofing. My father started things off and now a few of us carry it on. We do not have a marketing department or any of that fancy stuff. Most of our clients come through word of mouth, maybe a friend of a friend who liked a house we finished last year. We spend our days talking to masons and plumbers and trying to make sure the materials show up on time. It is not always smooth sailing; sometimes the sand does not arrive or the weather turns bad and we have to wait it out. But that is just the way building goes. We just focus on getting the houses built so families can finally move in. It is rewarding to see a plot of dirt turn into a proper home after a few months of hard work and a lot of sweat.
