If you walk down through Tripolia Bazar near Chhoti Choupar, you will find us at shop number 367. Chandak Chai Pvt. Ltd. is right in the middle of all that bustle in Chandpol. It is a busy area, always full of people and noise, which we actually quite like. We have been here serving tea and dealing with our supplies for a long time. The shop is not very large, but we make the most of the space we have. There are bags of tea around and the smell is always there. It is a bit cramped sometimes when everyone is working at once. We do not have any polished corporate training or anything like that. We just learned by doing it every day. Most of our regulars are people who work nearby or folks passing through the bazar. We talk to everyone the same way. Sometimes the power goes out or the street gets too crowded to move, but that is just life in this part of town. We keep things simple. No fancy branding, just tea and hard work. Being near Chhoti Choupar means there is never a dull moment. We open up early and stay until the market starts to quiet down.
