Century 21 Builders And Promoters Private Limited is situated over at 10 Nirman Nagar E. We have been working out of this spot for a good while now. Most of our mornings usually start with some tea and a quick look at the blueprints for whatever project is currently on the table. It is not some fancy glass corporate building or anything like that. It is just a regular office where we handle the construction work and talk to folks about land and building stuff. Nirman Nagar is quite a busy area these days so there is always some noise or something going on right outside our window. We spend a lot of our time out on the actual sites, getting our boots dusty and making sure things are moving along. Sometimes the paperwork and the legal bits get a bit overwhelming, but that is just how this business goes. My brother helps out with the site management and we have a small crew that handles the daily office tasks. We do not really bother with those big flashy billboards you see on the highway. Most people just wander in because they saw our board on the street or heard about us from someone else in the neighborhood. It is a lot of back and forth with the various contractors and suppliers. Some days things go slow and other days we barely have a chance to sit down. We just keep at it, day after day.
