Camera House

We are located at Shop No. 539 in Indra Bazar, which is a really busy part of town. If you know Mishra Raja Ji Ka Rasta, we are right around there. People usually find us by looking for Moriza Tower or Krishna Bhavan, since we are quite close to those landmarks. Camera House is a small shop, but it is packed from floor to ceiling with gear. We have old cameras, new ones, and all sorts of lenses tucked away in the cabinets. The lighting inside isn't the best, but we know our way around the shelves. Indra Bazar is always loud with people shouting and horns honking, so the shop feels like a little escape from that chaos sometimes. We spend most of the day talking to people about their equipment and trying to fix things that have stopped working. It is a lot of fine work with small screws and delicate parts. Some days are slower than others, and we just sit and clean the glass on the display cases. We don't have a big corporate setup, just a local shop where we have been for many years. The floor is a bit worn down from all the foot traffic over the seasons. It gets a bit crowded when three or four customers come in at once, but we make it work. It is just a simple place for people who care about taking pictures. We really like being in this old part of the city.
