We operate out of C-84 on Prithviraj Road, which is in the C-Scheme area of Jaipur. It’s one of those parts of the city that has a bit of history to it. The office is part of the Vijayshree Properties setup, handling things for Tata Steel Limited in this region. It’s a solid building on a street that stays pretty busy throughout the day. We don't have a giant lobby with a receptionist sitting behind a marble desk. It’s more of a functional space where we get the administration and property work done. People come in and out, documents get signed, and we try to keep everything moving. Prithviraj Road is a good location because it’s central, though traffic can be a headache in the evenings. We’ve got a small group of people here who know the steel business and the local property market inside out. We don’t spend much time on fancy presentations. Most of our work is about coordinating between different departments and making sure the logistics are handled. It’s a lot of phone calls and emails, honestly. The rooms are filled with folders and blueprints. It’s the kind of place where you can tell people are actually busy. We’ve been at this address for a good while and it feels like home now. We just focus on the tasks we’re given and try to be as helpful as we can to anyone who drops by. It's a professional environment but without all the unnecessary corporate fluff that you see in the bigger cities.
