We keep an office on the 6th floor of the Elements Mall, which is located at number 628 on Ajmer Road in Jaipur. It is a modern enough building, though the air conditioning can be a bit too cold for my liking sometimes. However, our real roots are at K-No-192 in the village of Sushilpura. We find ourselves constantly moving between the mall office and the actual construction sites every single day. Having an office in a mall is a bit of a strange choice for a construction firm, and waiting for the elevators can be a real test of patience when you are in a hurry to get to a site. We do all sorts of construction work across the Jaipur area. Most of our hours are spent checking on the progress of buildings, talking to the site foremen, and making sure the raw materials have actually arrived. It is a lot of driving back and forth on the Ajmer Road, which is almost always stuck in traffic these days. We are not some big corporate giant with a team of people to handle our image. It is just us trying to manage several different building sites at the same time. Some days are much more organized than others. We might be in a meeting on the 6th floor one hour and then standing in a dusty pit in Sushilpura the very next. We just focus on getting the walls up and finishing the jobs.
