Brijesh Bartan Bhandar

We have been running Brijesh Bartan Bhandar for quite some time now over at A-456 in the Murlipura Scheme area. It is basically a place where you can find all kinds of kitchen things like steel plates, big pots for cooking, and spoons. People from around the neighborhood usually stop by when they are setting up a new kitchen or if a pressure cooker gasket breaks and needs replacing. The shop is not very big, but we try to keep it organized so finding a specific tiffin box or a frying pan isn't too much of a headache. Sometimes the shelves get a bit dusty because of the road outside, but we clean them when we can. It gets busy in the evenings after everyone finishes work. We are just local people trying to make a living selling stuff that every house needs. You know how it is with kitchenware, there is always something missing or something that gets old and needs a change. We are right there at A-456, and most people around Murlipura Scheme know the spot. We don't have fancy displays or anything like that. It is just a regular shop with stacks of stainless steel and aluminum items. My brother and I manage things mostly, and we have been here long enough that we recognize most of the faces that walk through the door. It is a simple life and a simple business. We just keep the doors open and wait for people who need a new chai pan.
