BLUE PRINT DEVELOPERS LLP is based over in Lal Bahadur Nagar. We are located near Ramjipura, just off the JLN Marg. It's a central spot in Jaipur, which makes it easy to get around to different sites. We spend most of our time dealing with the nuts and bolts of property development. It isn't always glamorous work. There is a lot of back and forth with contractors and trying to figure out schedules. We have our office at E 44, and it’s a functional space for meetings and planning. We don’t go for anything too fancy. We just want a place where we can look at drawings and talk to people honestly about what can be built. Jaipur is growing fast, and we are just one part of that. Sometimes the paperwork piles up, and other times we are out in the dust at a construction site. We try to be realistic about timelines because things happen. Rain, labor shortages, or late deliveries are just part of the job. We've been in this area for a bit, so we know the local streets and how things work around here. It’s a small team here. We handle the day-to-day stuff ourselves. If someone walks in, they are usually talking directly to the people making the decisions. We just keep our heads down and try to finish what we start. It's not always easy but we stay focused on the work.
