Bloomfield Ventures Llp

Our little office is at 108, Maa Hinglaj Nagar B, which is over on Gandhi Path West in the Lalarpura area. It’s a quiet enough part of Jaipur, at least compared to the main city roads. We started Bloomfield Ventures Llp to work on different projects around here. Most days start with a cup of chai and a look at the schedule. We don’t have a massive team or a shiny reception area. It is just a practical space where we can sit down and get the work done. A lot of what we do involves visiting sites nearby and checking on how things are moving along. Gandhi Path has grown quite a lot lately, so there are always new buildings going up. We spend a fair amount of time on our phones talking to contractors and suppliers. Sometimes the dust from the road gets into everything, but you get used to that when you work in development. We try to keep things simple and honest. If a project is running late, we just say so. There’s no point in making up excuses. We like the neighborhood here and know most of the people nearby. It’s a decent place to work. We just focus on getting the day's tasks finished so we can go home to our families. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure everyone is on the same page. Every day brings a different challenge, but we just deal with it.
