Our office is at Plot No. 86 in Ganesh Nagar, right by the Sitali Phatak on Benar Road. If you know Jaipur, you know that the railway crossings like Sitali Phatak can be a real wait sometimes. We spend a fair bit of time sitting in traffic there ourselves. We are a small company focused on land and development. Our office in Ganesh Nagar is where we do all the boring but necessary stuff like filing papers and meeting with people who are looking for land. It’s a basic setup. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that; usually, whoever is closest to the door just opens it. Benar Road is a busy area, and there is a lot of growth happening. We are just trying to be a part of that. It’s a lot of walking through fields and looking at boundaries. We get our shoes dirty quite a bit. Some days are just filled with endless phone calls and trying to track down documents from the local offices. We don't try to sound like we are some huge international firm. We are just local people working in Jaipur, trying to make a living by helping other people with their land needs. It’s a simple, practical business without any of the extra polish you see elsewhere. We’ve got a couple of ceiling fans that make a clicking noise, but they keep us cool while we work through the afternoon heat in our corner of Ganesh Nagar.
