Our office is at 111 Vidhyut Nagar-B, just off Ajmer Road here in Jaipur. We are near the Purani Chungi area in Vaishali Nagar. It is a simple place where we manage our tour business every day. We’ve got a few desks and a lot of notebooks where we jot down details as they come in. Most of the day is spent talking to drivers and making sure everyone knows where they are supposed to be. We don't have a marketing department or anything like that. It’s just a few of us doing the work ourselves. We’ve lived in Jaipur our whole lives, so we know the roads and the traffic patterns pretty well. If someone asks for a trip, we just figure out the logistics. It isn't complicated, but it takes time to get it all right. Sometimes the printer jams or we run out of pens, just like any other small local office. We have people coming in who are looking for a car or a guide, and we see what we can do for them. We don't have a fancy website with moving pictures and music. We just talk to people. The office is easy to find if you know where the old chungi used to be. We spend a lot of time drinking chai and looking at calendars. It’s a local business and we keep it that way.
