You’ll find our shop, Bhagwati Divine Collection, at SB 184 in Bapu Nagar, right across from the university. Being near the university means there’s always people walking by, which keeps things interesting. It’s not a huge place. In fact, it’s quite small and we have to stack our stock pretty high to fit everything in. It’s a bit of a family affair. Most of us take turns behind the counter or helping out with the inventory. We aren't professional retailers with matching uniforms or anything like that. We’re just regular people selling clothes and various collections. The shop has been there for a good while, and the shelves are starting to show their age. We don't have a big marketing budget, so we mostly rely on the fact that we’re in a good location. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded inside when a group of students comes in all at once. We just try to be helpful and keep things moving. We don't have a mission or a fancy philosophy about fashion. We just try to stock things that people in the neighborhood might want to buy. The back room is a bit of a mess with all the extra boxes, but we know where everything is. It’s a simple business. We open up in the morning, do our work, and head home in the evening. It’s not glamorous, but it’s our shop and we’ve worked hard to keep it going all these years.
