We are Bcs Tours & Travels Pvt Ltd, and you can find us at 214 Johari Bazar in the Vardhman Complex. We’re up on the second floor. Johari Bazar is a pretty crowded place, so it’s always busy outside our doors. We’ve been running this travel business for a while now. It’s not a big, fancy setup. We just have a regular office where we handle bookings and plan out trips for people. Sometimes the stairs to the second floor are a bit of a climb, but we like being in the middle of the market. People stop by while they’re out shopping to ask about ticket prices or tour packages. We don't do much in the way of big advertisements. Most of our work comes from folks who live nearby or have heard about us through word of mouth. We deal with the usual travel stuff like train tickets, flights, and organizing local tours. The office is often full of papers and brochures, but we know where everything is. It’s a simple operation, really. We just show up every day, answer the phones, and try to help people get where they need to go. We’re not a huge corporation, just a small team in a busy complex trying to do our job right. Being in the bazaar means there’s never a dull moment, and we’ve gotten used to the noise and the energy of the city. We keep things pretty casual.
