Bavaria Fashion is located at Plot Number 3 in Mahaveer Nagar, Sanganer. Sanganer is a busy part of Jaipur, especially when it comes to textiles and clothes. We’ve been part of this community for a while now. Our building is a simple plot, and we use every inch of it. The ground floor is usually where the cutting and heavy work happens, and it can get quite loud with the machines running all day. It’s not a polished environment. There are stacks of fabric everywhere and the walls could probably use a new coat of paint. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy office. We’re here to work. Our staff is mostly people from the local area who have been in the fashion trade for years. We don't have a corporate hierarchy. Everyone just chips in where they’re needed. Sometimes the orders are big and we’re working late under the lights to get everything finished on time. It’s a bit of a grind, but we like what we do. We don't have any big marketing plans or fancy slogans. We just focus on getting the stitching right and making sure the colors look okay. The traffic around Sanganer can be a nightmare sometimes, which makes getting deliveries out a bit of a challenge. But we manage. It’s a local business run by local people. We just take it one day at a time and try to do a decent job for our customers.
