Bandawla Steel

Bandawla Steel is located over on the 200 Feet Road in Jagatpura. We are right by the NRI Chouraha, specifically opposite Sector 23 and in front of Vigyan Nagar. It’s a very busy intersection. There’s a lot of dust because of all the construction and the steel we move around. We deal with heavy stuff, so the floor is always a bit scratched up. It’s not a place where you’d want to wear your best clothes. We have stacks of metal here and there. Sometimes it looks a bit messy, but we know where everything is. The sun hits the front of the shop pretty hard in the afternoons. Most of our customers are builders or guys working on houses nearby. We don't have a receptionist; usually, whoever is free just helps whoever walks in. It’s a practical environment. We cut things to size and load them onto trucks all day long. The noise of the metal clanging is something we’ve gotten used to. We don't bother with fancy brochures or anything. We just show people what we have in stock. If we don't have it, we say so. It’s a basic operation. We’ve been at this spot for a while and have seen Jagatpura grow a lot. The road is much busier now than it used to be. But we are still here, doing our thing with the steel. It's hard work but it keeps us going day after day.
