Balaji Udyog is situated right in Kalwar village. It’s a simple place to find because we are directly opposite the Kalwar Police Station. If you miss that, you’ve gone too far. Being in a village means things move a little differently than in the big city. We know most of the people who walk by our front door. Our building is just a plain structure that serves as our base of operations. Inside, you’ll find us working on whatever needs doing that day. It’s not a high-tech office with shiny floors. It’s more of a place where you can see the dust on the windows and hear the birds outside. We’ve been here for a long time, and the police station across the way is a constant landmark for us. Some days are busier than others, especially when there’s a lot of traffic moving through the village. We don’t have a fancy mission statement or a team of experts. It’s just a few of us running Balaji Udyog with what we have. We value the quiet moments and the routine of our daily work. Living and working in Kalwar gives us a sense of being part of the community. We are just a local business doing what we know how to do, right here across from the station. We don't try to be anything we aren't, just a steady presence in the village. It gets hot in the afternoons, but we keep the fans going.
