Balaji Dayalpura Builders & Developers Private Limited has its office at 6 D 64 in the Engineers Colony. This is located in the Mansarovar area of Jaipur, even though the mail sometimes gets confused with other places. It is a decent neighborhood to work in, and we have been here long enough that the neighbors know our faces. We spend most of our time looking at plans or driving out to check on the various building sites we have going on. The office is usually a mess of papers and blueprints, but we know where everything is. We do not have any polished receptionists or fancy waiting rooms; it is just a place to get the work done. The guys usually show up early to grab their gear and then we head out to wherever the day's work takes us. Being in Mansarovar is convenient because it is a big hub and we can get to most parts of the city fairly easily from here. We handle the usual building and development tasks, from foundation work to finishing up the details. Sometimes things go sideways with the weather or the supply of bricks, but we just figure out a way to fix it and keep moving. We are a practical crew and we don't go in for anything too complicated. We just want to make sure the buildings stay up and the jobs are finished.
