Ayanti Infrastructure is based at Plot No 86 in Karni Nagar, which is part of the Basni First Phase in Jodhpur. Basni is a big industrial area, so there is always a lot of noise and activity around us. We handle infrastructure projects, which means we are usually dealing with roads, pipes, or large-scale construction. Our office is right in the middle of all that industrial action. It’s a dusty place because of all the trucks moving in and out of the Karni Nagar area. We spend most of our time out on the field, checking on how the heavy machinery is doing and making sure the workers have what they need. It’s not the kind of work where you can sit in an air-conditioned room all day. You have to be out there in the Jodhpur heat, seeing things for yourself. We are a pretty straightforward group of people. We don't really go for all those corporate buzzwords. We just tell it like it is. If a project is behind, we work harder to catch up. If we need more materials, we go get them. It’s a very hands-on way of doing business. Being in the first phase of Basni makes it easy for us to connect with other local businesses and suppliers. We’ve been here for a bit and have a good sense of how to get things done in this environment. It is tough, gritty work, but someone has to do it, and we are quite used to the pace.
