You can find Auric Infradevelopers Llp over at Hanuman Vatika, specifically Plot No. 13 in Phase 2 on Ajmer Road. Our office is Flat G2 on the ground floor, tucked away behind Chankya Restaurant. It’s a convenient spot because we can grab lunch right there and then get back to work. We deal with infrastructure and development, which basically means we spend a lot of time looking at plans and talking to contractors. It’s a lot of coordination. We’ve been in this ground floor space for a bit, and it works for us. It’s not a skyscraper or anything, just a practical office where we can meet people and get our files in order. Working on Ajmer Road means we see a lot of traffic and growth, which keeps us busy. We don’t really do the whole corporate polish thing. Our desks are usually covered in blueprints and coffee mugs. We try to be straightforward with everyone we work with. If a project is going to take longer, we say so. There’s no point in sugarcoating things. We’re just a small group trying to make a living and build things that last. Sometimes it’s stressful, especially when deadlines are tight, but we manage. Being behind the restaurant makes it a bit quieter than being right on the main road, which is nice for actually getting things done. We’re usually here from morning until late at night.
