Our company, Astounding Builders And Developers Private Limited, is based in the Jhotwara area of Jaipur. Specifically, we are at Shop No. 47 in the KD Tower, which is on the third floor in Kardhani, Govindpura. It's right along Kalwad Road. We work on building projects and developing sites around here. The office is usually busy with people coming in and out, mostly contractors or people looking for info on new developments. Being on the third floor gives us a bit of a view, but we are mostly looking at blueprints or schedules. We handle the day-to-day tasks that come with construction and property management. It’s not always glamorous work. There is a lot of dust, noise, and dealing with suppliers. Kalwad Road is a growing area, so there’s plenty to keep us busy. We aren't a huge corporation, just a team trying to get these buildings up and running. Sometimes things get delayed with materials or weather, but we just keep pushing through. We know the Govindpura and Kardhani neighborhoods quite well by now. People know us as the folks in KD Tower. We don’t spend much on ads; word of mouth from local residents usually brings people to our door. We just focus on the job at hand, which is building and making sure the sites are moving along as they should. It's hard work, but it keeps us going day after day in this city.
