Our business, Arpsteel Building Solutions Private Limited, is located at G-205 in the Riico Industrial Area, specifically the Bagru Extension. It is a place that works well for a company that deals with building solutions. The industrial area is quite spread out, and we have a decent amount of space here to manage our daily operations. We have been set up in Bagru for a while now. The office is really just a part of the bigger facility where we handle all the technical details and coordination. It is not the kind of place you would visit for a coffee, it is more of a working site. We have a small crew and we all know each other well. Most days are spent on the phone or looking at plans to make sure everything is on track. Being in the Riico area means we are surrounded by other workshops and factories, so there is always a lot of noise and activity around G-205. We don't worry about having a polished image because the work we do is practical and structural. We just focus on getting the building components ready and making sure the logistics are handled properly for everyone. It is a straightforward operation and we like it that way. We spend most of our time making sure the materials are moving out of the yard on time. It gets hot in the summer, but we just keep going.
