Arihant Corner

If you find yourself in Johari Bazar, you probably know how crowded and lively it gets. We are over at Arihant Corner, which is tucked away near Gheewalon Ka Rasta. It’s a very old part of the city, and you can feel that when you walk down the lanes. We are quite close to the Shwetambar School, so there are always kids and parents moving about during the start and end of the school day. Being at a corner means we see everything that happens on the street. It is a small place, but it stays busy. We named it Arihant Corner because that’s exactly what it is—a spot right on the bend. People often stop by just because they are passing through Gheewalon Ka Rasta on their way to the main market. It can be a bit tricky to find if you aren't looking for the school nearby, but once you see the sign, you’re there. The walls are a bit old, and the space inside is tight, but we make it work for what we do. There is no corporate vibe here at all. It is just a local business in a local neighborhood. We spend our days chatting with neighbors and keeping things running. The air smells like the street food nearby sometimes. It’s a simple life at the corner, and we’ve been part of this Johari Bazar scene for quite some time now. We like the local pace.
