Our office is a straightforward setup on the plot, nothing too flashy or modern. We deal with infra projects, so there’s always a lot of talk about materials, timelines, and local regulations. The area around Gurjar Ki Thadi is usually packed with traffic, so our office feels like a little bit of a retreat from the noise outside. We are just a small group of people who know the construction business in Rajasthan. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just write down what needs to be done on a notepad and go from there. The office has some old furniture and a lot of files from past projects stacked up. We like being in Moti Nagar because it’s central and easy for our workers to reach from different parts of Jaipur. We often have people dropping in for a quick chat about ongoing work or just to share some news. It’s not a formal environment; we just drink our chai and discuss the day's tasks. We focus on the practical side of things and try to avoid any unnecessary complications in our work. It’s just regular people doing regular work.
