Our place is House No 28, which is known as Poonia Mansion. It is tucked away in Arvind Nagar, specifically in the CBI Colony near the CBI Phatak in Jagatpura. Aparajita Dream Heights Private Limited is the name on our papers. Jaipur is a big city, but this corner of Jagatpura feels like its own little world. We do our business from here, mostly focusing on housing and heights as the name suggests. It is a real house, not a glass tower or anything like that. We like it because it feels more personal and down to earth. Working from Poonia Mansion means we are right in the middle of the community. Sometimes the trains near the phatak make a bit of noise, but we are used to it by now. We have got a small team here. We spend our time looking at plans and talking to folks about their homes. It is not a corporate vibe at all. Just people working in an office in a quiet residential colony. We have been here in Jaipur 302017 for a while. Usually, people find us through word of mouth rather than big flyers or social media posts. It is a steady pace of work. We just try to do right by the projects we take on. It can get a bit hot in the afternoons, but the mansion stays fairly cool. It is a decent place to spend our working hours.
