It used to be the outskirts, but now it’s full of new buildings and people moving in. We’re right in the thick of it at Vidhya Nagar. As a buildcon company, we’ve seen all these changes firsthand. Our office at B-24 is where we handle the day-to-day stuff. It’s not a big corporate headquarters, just a place where we keep our tools and our records. We spend most of our time dealing with contractors and trying to make sure things are actually getting built the way they should be. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking on supplies. Sometimes things go wrong, like a truck being late or the weather turning bad, and we just have to figure it out. We don't have any fancy mission statements or marketing talk. We’re just local people who know how construction works in Jaipur. We’ve stayed in Jagatpura because we like the area and we know the ground here. It’s a straightforward business and we try to keep things as simple as possible for everyone involved. If you’re around Vidhya Nagar, you’ll probably see our sign and some of our guys coming and going. We are just here doing our job every single day.
