Anil Special Steel Industries Limited

Out here in Kanakpura, things tend to move at their own pace compared to the city center. Anil Special Steel Industries Limited is located near P.O. Meenawala on Sirsi Road. It is a bit of a trek from the main part of town, but we actually like the extra space we have out here. Dealing with steel is heavy, dirty work and it is what we do day in and day out. There is no point in trying to dress it up to look like something else. The facility we have is mostly functional, built for the job rather than for looking pretty to visitors. We spend almost all of our time on the shop floor making sure the machines are running and the steel is moving. It gets pretty hot and loud sometimes, but you just get used to it after a few weeks on the job. People often ask why we are located so far out on Sirsi Road, but it works well for the big trucks coming in. We have got a team that has been around for a long time. Some of the guys have worked here since they were much younger. We do not have a lot of fancy meetings or long presentations. Mostly, we just talk about what needs to get done today and then we go out and do it. If there is a problem with a batch, we just stay until it is fixed. The Sirsi Road area is quiet enough for us to focus on the heavy manufacturing.
