Anand Steel Center

Anand Steel Center is at shop number 57, right where Chaura Rasta meets Ajmeri Gate. This is a very old part of the city, and the market here is always full of life. We deal mostly in steel utensils and kitchen items. If you walk into the shop, you’ll see stacks of stainless steel plates, pots, and containers everywhere. It’s a bit shiny when the sun hits the storefront. We’ve been in this location for a long time, and we’ve seen the streets change while our business stays mostly the same. People come to us when they are setting up a new kitchen or need a sturdy bucket that won't rust. We don't have any fancy displays; we just stack things up so people can see the different sizes and weights. It’s honest work, selling things that people actually use every day in their homes. The noise from Ajmeri Gate is constant, with rickshaws and people talking, but that’s just how it is here. Sometimes we help customers pick out a whole set for a wedding gift. We don't use a computer for everything; we still do a lot of things the old-fashioned way with a pen and a notebook.
