Anand Buildestates Llp

Our office is at G 5 B on Ganga Path, right off Durga Marg in Bani Park. Anand Buildestates Llp has been here for a while now. It’s a quiet enough street, which is nice when you’re trying to focus on construction plans. We have a small space where we keep our maps and the various permits we need for our projects. Most of us are out on the sites during the day, so the office can feel a bit empty until late afternoon when everyone comes back to drop off their notes. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to answer the phones with a script. You usually just get one of us. We grew up around here, so we know the lanes of Bani Park pretty well. The building we’re in is older, but it stays cool in the summer. We handle the building side of things, making sure the houses and flats we work on are solid. It’s just a few of us trying to do a decent job without any unnecessary drama. Sometimes we have tea on the steps and talk about the next week’s schedule. It’s a simple setup. We don’t really go in for those big corporate meetings. We’d rather just be out there seeing the bricks being laid. That’s how we’ve always done it and it works for us.
