ALS Buildcon Tile LLP is over in Jaipur, specifically at house number 47 in Shri Ram Nagar. We are right near the Kids Club School, so you can always hear the kids playing or the school bells ringing throughout the day. New Sanganer Road is just a short distance away, and that area is always packed with traffic. Mansarovar is a big neighborhood, and our spot is tucked into a more residential street. The office is basically part of the house, which makes it feel very informal and relaxed. We have tiles stacked up in different areas, and there is usually some dust from the samples. It’s not a shiny showroom. It’s a place where we actually work. People stop by to look at different patterns or just to ask questions about prices. We sit on plastic chairs and talk things through over water or tea. Sometimes the neighbors pop in just to say hello. The Jaipur sun can make the rooms quite warm, so we keep the windows open when there’s a breeze. Working near the Kids Club School means we have to be careful when the school lets out because the street gets full of parents and vans. It’s a busy little corner of Mansarovar. We don't have any big corporate goals written on the walls. We just focus on getting the tiles out to people and keeping the books straight. It’s a very normal, local way to run things from our home-based office.
