Akshat Realcare Llp

We are over here at Akshat House in Bani Park. It’s a busy spot on Kanti Chandra Road, right in the middle of Jaipur. We spend most of our mornings drinking chai and looking at the paperwork for the day. Akshat Realcare Llp has been in this office for a while now. Some of us have lived in Jaipur our whole lives, so we know the streets pretty well. The traffic outside can get a bit loud, but it’s just part of being in this neighborhood. We deal with property and upkeep stuff mostly. It isn't always glamorous work, but it keeps us moving. The walls of the office are painted a plain color and we have some old files stacked in the corners. People drop by to talk about land or maintenance issues they are having. We try to give them straight answers without making things too complicated. Sometimes the internet goes out or the printer jams, and we just deal with it. We aren't trying to be some big fancy corporation. We are just a group of people working out of this house in A 27/13 A. Jaipur has changed a lot lately, but Bani Park still feels like home to us. We just take things one day at a time, making sure the records are right and the bills are paid. It’s quiet in the afternoons when the sun is high. We just keep doing what we do here.
