Akg Housing Llp is located right near the Purani Chungi area on Ajmer Road. Our office is at C-17 in Panchsheel Colony, which is a fairly well-known part of Jaipur. Since we are near the old toll post, there is always a lot of movement nearby. The office itself is just a regular place where we keep our records and meet with people who are looking for housing or wanting to talk about property. It’s not a very big space, but it’s enough for the few of us who work here. We don’t go in for fancy furniture or high-tech gadgets; a few good desks and a working phone are mostly what we need. Dealing with housing in a city like Jaipur can be a bit of a headache sometimes with all the rules and the way the market changes, but we’ve been at it long enough to not get too stressed out. We have a routine where we start the day with some tea and go over what needs to be done. Some days we spend more time driving around to different sites than actually sitting in the office. We try to be straightforward with people and don't use a lot of sales talk. If a house is good, we say so, and if there’s a problem, we don’t hide it. It’s just how we prefer to run things here in Panchsheel Colony.
