Thar Group

Our base is at Nakshatra Villa 105 in Kanak Vihar, right along Ajmer Road. It’s a pretty easy place to find. Thar Group is a small team and we mostly focus on local development projects around this side of town. We don’t have a fancy reception desk or people in suits. Most of us are usually wearing work clothes because we spend half our time out in the sun at the sites. Kanak Vihar is a growing area, and it’s been interesting to watch it develop over the last few years. Our work involves a lot of planning and even more waiting for things to happen, like waiting for concrete to dry or for the rain to stop. We try to keep things moving as best as we can. We don’t use a lot of fancy words to talk about our projects. We just call them what they are. There are always challenges, like finding good labor or dealing with rising costs of steel and cement. We just take it day by day. People often stop by the villa to ask about what we are working on next. We prefer it that way, just a casual conversation instead of a formal sales pitch. It feels more natural to do business with people you actually talk to face-to-face. We have been part of the Ajmer Road community for a bit and we plan on staying for a long time.
