Our office is in Flat 303 at Manglam Apartments, which is on Plot 40 in Kharetown. It is a regular residential building, so it feels more like a home than a stiff corporate office. AHDA Adificators is just a small group of us working on various construction and building tasks. We like being in Kharetown because it is a good neighborhood and everything we need is close by. The office is usually full of rolls of blueprints and samples of building materials like tiles and wood. It is not always the neatest place, but we know where everything is. We spend a lot of our time on-site, so the flat is mostly for the administrative side of things and meeting up. We started this because we liked building things and wanted to do it on our own terms. There is a lot of coordination involved, like talking to contractors and making sure the supplies arrive when they are supposed to. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish up drawings or handle some billing, but that is just part of the job. We do not have a fancy marketing team or anything like that. Most people find out about us just by seeing our projects or talking to others in the area. It is an honest way to work. We just try to keep things simple and get the jobs done without making too much of a fuss.
