Our company, Agarwal-Iron Infra Solutions Private Limited, is situated at C1 in the Pratap Nagar Industrial Area. Being in an industrial zone means it is always noisy and there is a lot of smoke and dust in the air. We are used to it, though. We work with iron and infrastructure, so our office is often filled with the sound of trucks passing by outside. It’s a tough environment, but it suits the kind of work we do. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy waiting room. If you come by, you’ll probably find us in the back looking at some metal parts or checking a shipment. We wear heavy boots and simple shirts because there's no point in wearing anything nice in this heat. We’ve been in Pratap Nagar for years and we know all the other business owners on this street. We aren't trying to be anything we are not. We just provide solutions for infra projects using the materials we know best. Sometimes the work is hard and the hours are long, but we just get on with it. We don't believe in using corporate speak or trying to sound like a big city firm. We are just local workers who know our trade and stay busy. The paperwork gets done on a small desk in the corner. That’s how we operate.
