We are at the Bmbala Complex, right on the first floor. It's easy to find because we're opposite Kumba Marg on Main Tonk Road here in Pratap Nagar. Most people know the area. We handle property stuff daily. It's mostly just sitting down with folks, looking at what's available around town. Sometimes it gets busy, other times it's quiet. We've seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. Buildings going up, new roads, that sort of thing. People stop by to ask about plots or houses. We try to keep track of what's going on. It’s a small office, nothing fancy. We just have some desks and chairs and maps of the area. My cousin sometimes helps out too. We drink a lot of tea while talking to clients. It isn't a huge operation. We know the local streets well. Being on the first floor gives us a decent view of the traffic on Tonk Road. Sometimes the noise from the main road is a bit much but you get used to it. If you are looking for us, look for the sign near the stairs. We're usually here from morning until early evening, unless we are out at a site. That happens a lot during the week. We just do our work and try to help people find a place that fits. It’s just how we run things here.
