We are based out of Plot No.1 in the Ajmera Garden area, which is right in Shyam Nagar. Being situated on Ajmer Road in Jaipur means there is always something going on right outside our door. The office is not anything special to look at, just a regular space where we handle our daily business and keep our files. We usually start the day around ten in the morning after the heavy traffic dies down a little bit. Most of the time, the desks are covered in maps and site plans that we are looking over. Rajasthan gets very hot in the summer months, so the air conditioning is usually going full blast in the afternoon to keep us from melting. We have a small pantry in the back where we make some coffee or get some cold water. It is a bit of a walk to the main road from the garden area, but it is much quieter here than being right on the highway itself. We handle a lot of phone calls during the day and sometimes people come by for scheduled meetings. We have been at this address for a bit now and the neighbors are mostly other small offices and some residential houses. It feels quite local and everyone around here knows each other. Sometimes we stay late when there is a lot of filing to do before the week ends. We try to keep the place organized, but with so many papers, it is a bit of a struggle most days.
