You’ll find us at 131 Jaipur G P O, near Nabab Ka Chauraha in the Ghat Gate Bazar. This is an old part of the city, and the streets are always full of life and noise. Our shop is right in the middle of it all. We’ve got tools and hardware spilling out from the shelves because we try to keep a lot in stock. It’s a small space, but we make it work. Most days are spent talking to people who come in from the bazaar looking for a specific bolt or a wrench. There is a lot of shouting and honking outside, but it’s just part of the atmosphere here. We’ve been around for a while, so we know most of the faces that walk past our door. We deal with all sorts of small tools and building supplies. It’s not always organized perfectly, but we know where everything is. Sometimes we have to climb up high on a ladder to reach something for a customer. We don't use any fancy sales talk. If a tool is good, we say so, and if it’s just okay, we tell them that too. The walls are a bit faded and the ceiling fan makes a clicking sound, but it keeps us cool enough. We like being part of this neighborhood. It’s a busy and real place to do business. We’ve seen many shops come and go, but we’re still here at the same spot.
