A G Jewels Private Limited is based on the first floor of Sogani Bhawan, which is at 3887 on MSB Ka Rasta in Johari Bazar. If you know Johari Bazar, you know it’s one of the busiest places you can find. There are people everywhere and constant noise. Being on the first floor gives us a little bit of distance from the street level, but the energy of the market still reaches us. We’ve been here for a good while. The space inside is mostly dedicated to our inventory and a couple of desks where we handle all the management stuff. It’s not a polished corporate office. The stairs are a bit steep and the hallways are narrow, but it works for what we need. We spend a lot of time checking the stones and making sure our counts are right. It’s tedious work sometimes, but it’s what we know. Most of the people we deal with are other traders from the bazar or folks who have been sent our way by someone they trust. We don’t spend money on fancy brochures. We just talk to people. Sometimes the monsoon makes the market a bit difficult to navigate, but we still show up and open the doors. It’s a routine that we’ve grown to like. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to keep things going steadily and handle our business day by day. It is just how it is.
