3R Builders & Traders LLP is based in Bani Park. Our office is actually in a residential complex called Coral Celebrity, specifically Flat No. 202, D-127 on Basant Marg. It’s a nice enough area, much quieter than the center of Jaipur. Working out of an apartment means things stay pretty low-key. We do a mix of building and trading. Some days the living room area of the flat is covered in samples of materials, and other days we are just buried in accounting papers. Basant Marg is a decent street with some trees, and it’s easy for people to find once they get into Bani Park. We don’t have a big staff. It’s just a small group of us making sure the trading orders go out and the building sites have what they need. Sometimes we have meetings at the dining table because it’s the biggest flat surface we have. It’s not very "corporate," but we get everything done. The neighbors don't seem to mind us running a business from the second floor. We like the setup because it feels more like a home than a cold office. There are no fancy mission statements on the walls. We just drink our tea, answer the phones, and try to keep the builders and traders side of the business moving forward every day. It’s just how we do things here in 302016.
