Our business, 3 ACES BUILDCON PRIVATE LIMITED, is located on Van Vihar Road in the Prempura area. The address is a bit of a mouthful with all the plot numbers like KH-116-117/1/1/1, but we’ve been here long enough that people know where to find us. It’s a busy road and there’s always something happening outside. Our office isn't one of those high-tech places you see in movies. It’s a practical space where we keep our tools and our records. We spend a lot of time coordinating with different crews and making sure we have enough sand and cement for the jobs. We don't have a marketing department or a fancy website. We just rely on the work we do. Building things is a tough job, and we don't try to make it sound like anything else. We deal with the rain, the heat, and the usual delays that come with construction. We don’t use big phrases to describe what we do. We just build. The Prempura neighborhood is a mix of old and new, and we’ve had a hand in some of the newer parts. We don’t have a receptionist to answer the phone, so whoever is closest just picks it up. It’s a very informal way of running things, but it works for us. We’re just a bunch of people working hard on Van Vihar Road to get things finished.
