We’re over at H1 64 in the RIICO industrial area of Mansarovar. 13 Thirtyone Clothing Llp is the name on the door, though the sign is a bit faded from the sun. Mansarovar is a big area, and the RIICO part is full of people making things. We fit right in. Our building is a standard industrial unit, nothing special to look at from the outside. Inside, it’s a different story. It’s full of activity, with people cutting fabric, packing boxes, and checking labels. We don’t have much in the way of decor. Just some old calendars on the wall and a few chairs that have seen better days. It gets pretty loud when all the machines are going at once, but you get used to it. We aren't trying to be the most modern shop in the world. We just want to get the clothing done right. Most of us have been working in this field for a long time, so we know the drill. Sometimes the logistics get a bit messy, and we spend the afternoon sorting out shipping issues. It’s not always easy, but it’s what we do. We like being in Mansarovar because it’s easy for the workers to get to. We’re just a regular bunch of people trying to keep the business going day by day. No frills, just work. Sometimes we stay late, sometimes we leave early if the work is done.
