It is a part of the city that seems to be growing every single year. We handle all our food and beverage operations from this one spot. It takes a lot of coordination to keep everything moving. We have been working from this particular address for a fair amount of time now. The neighborhood around here is mostly residential mixed with some other small businesses. We really like the general vibe of this area. It is not too noisy or loud, but it is still quite active during the day. We don't have a big corporate office with leather chairs. Our space is just practical for what we need to get done. We focus on the daily tasks that come with being in the F&B industry. Some days that means sorting out our vegetable supplies, and other days it is about meeting with local vendors. We don't do big fancy presentations or use buzzwords. We just get the actual work done. The staff is mostly local people from Indore. We use the space we have to the very best of our ability. Indore is a busy city, and being in Nepania keeps us connected to all the local markets. We don't have a complicated story to tell anyone who asks.
