Harli Food Zone

Harli Food Zone is sitting right on the Main Road in Indore, at shop A/05. If you know Indore, you know how the Main Road gets. It’s always full of people moving around, cars honking, and everyone in a rush. Our place is small, just a simple food zone where you can get something to eat quickly. We don’t have a big fancy entrance or a huge staff in uniforms. It’s just us and the kitchen workers. We started this because we wanted to have a spot where people could get a meal without spending too much time or money. The floor is tile, the lights are bright, and it can get a little hot in the afternoons when the sun hits the front of the shop. We keep the fans running all day to help with that. Most of the people who come here are workers from the nearby shops or students looking for a quick snack before they head to their next class. We know most of them by name now. It’s not the kind of place you go for a romantic date, but it’s good for a regular Tuesday lunch. Sometimes we run out of things toward the end of the day, so we have to tell people to come back tomorrow morning. It’s just how it is. We do our work, talk to the neighbors, and then close up when the sun goes down. It’s a basic shop in a busy city.
