You can find Foodies at Gh 45, Scheme 54 in Vijay Nagar, Indore. We’ve been at this address for a while now, serving people in the neighborhood. Vijay Nagar is a lively part of Indore, and there’s always people moving about. Our place isn’t very big, but we’ve got enough room for folks to come in and have a bite. It’s mostly just us running the show here. We don't have a big staff or any corporate office. It’s a hands-on kind of job. We spend our mornings prepping and our evenings serving. Sometimes the place gets a bit crowded, especially on weekends when families are out. We try to keep things organized, but it can get messy when it’s busy. That’s just part of the food business. We aren't trying to be the biggest or flashiest place in Indore. We just want to keep the doors open and the food coming out of the kitchen. Most of the people who come in live nearby in the scheme. We’ve seen kids grow up and start coming in on their own. It’s a nice community to be a part of. We do our own cleaning and buy our own supplies from the local markets. It’s a lot of work, but it keeps us busy. We’re just a small local shop trying to do things right. The building itself is older, but it's sturdy and the location at Gh 45 works for us. It’s just how we run things.
