Tasty Bites

Tasty Bites is over in Indore, at L G -1 in the Royal Platinum building. We are right on the Satya SAI Bombay Hospital Link Road in the Vijay Nagar area. Being on the lower ground floor is actually pretty nice because it stays a bit cooler when the sun is hitting the road outside. The link road is a very busy stretch of pavement, especially with the hospital being so close by. There is a constant hum of traffic and people going about their business. We’ve been at this spot in Royal Platinum for a while now. Our shop is simple and doesn't have any of those fancy modern designs you see in the malls. We have our counter and a bit of space for people to stand. Most of our day is spent prepping things and making sure we have enough supplies. Vijay Nagar is a lively part of Indore, and we like being in the middle of it. We are just a small team, so we do everything from the cleaning to the bookkeeping ourselves. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, or the street gets flooded during a heavy rain, but we just deal with it. It’s a straightforward life running a shop on the hospital link road. We’ve gotten to know the regulars who work in the nearby offices and the hospital.
